Opinions

  • Choosing the right technologies, as well as their suppliers, is key to ensuring flexibility and therefore business agility. Above all, it’s translated into strategic areas such as scalability and collaboration. By relying on partners who prioritise security, stability, and technological up-to-dateness while responding quickly to trends and the individual needs of the organisation, we can focus on what is most important to us – the customer and the product.

Aleksandra Szol, e-Commerce and Marketing Director at MODIVO/eobuwie.pl

  • Choosing the right technologies, particularly in the e-commerce/omnichannel area, is a key strategic element that has an impact on the efficiency, scalability, and innovation of any business. Decisions connected with the implementation of SaaS and AI solutions are part and parcel of the business optimisation process, where the wrong choice of technology partner can lead to complications, increased costs, and failure to tap into the full potential of innovation. This is why Digital Quality Mark aims to review and recommend the technologies with the highest efficiency from the viewpoint of the e-commerce sector as well as those best tailored to e-commerce needs, guaranteeing businesses the solidity and security of their investment in modern solutions.

Piotr Chojnacki, Sales Director at YES

  • The choice of technology at the stage of setting up your e-commerce outlet is often underestimated. However, an ill-considered choice of tools can have a drastic impact on the future of the business. You need to anticipate the store's scaling stages, security, as well as automation and integration activities right from the outset. Any migration in the future raises many risks, both for database and SEO, for example.

    Tomasz Osman, CEO at Savicki

  • The very rapid development of technology in areas such as e-commerce and marketing based on solutions including AI may today constitute a tangible competitive advantage, but an incompetent selection of technology will be a barrier to proper development, which we may not be able to perceive without adequate information resources. Bearing this in mind, it’s extremely important to know the right tools and to choose those that, at the right stage of the development of your business, will mean real aid and not another useless add-on.

Maciej Stępień, e-Commerce Director at MEDICINE

  • Digital Quality Mark is a unique competition that allows interaction between the participants and the Jury right from the stage of presenting and evaluating SaaS and AI tools. It is also Poland’s first competition that involves the evaluation of AI tools by potential customers in terms of hands-on use.

BENEFITS FOR SAAS AND AI TOOLS

The awarding of the DQM award takes place under the eye of an Evaluation Committee made up of experts hailing from the worlds of business, e-commerce, technology, and innovation. The Digital Quality Mark competition procedure is unique. The participants are required not only to make a presentation but also – at the next stage – to interact with the Commission while pitching their solution.

PRESENTATION OF THE TOOL IN FRONT OF E-COMMERCE SHOPS
The procedure for selecting the Digital Quality Mark winners entails a presentation and pitching of a tool to an Evaluation Committee made up of professionals involved in running e-commerce stores. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to present services to around 30 potential clients in one day.
ADVERTISING in “E-commerce w praktyce” and OTHER CHANNELS
The winners (places 1-3) of each category will be presented in the print edition of the “E-commerce w praktyce” (E-commerce in Practice) magazine. The organiser communicates the competition results widely in the media. In addition, the winner’s logo will be featured on the DQM mark’s website as well as in the e-Chamber Magazine and its social media.
NETWORKING IN AN INTIMATE SETTING
A unique networking event in an intimate setting – only among professionals from online stores and the businesses that entered the competition.
A RECOMMENDATION FOR CLIENTS
Receiving the Digital Quality Mark award means a clear signal to potential clients about the quality of the services and technology offered.
THE DQM COMPETITION MARK BEARING THE CURRENT YEAR FOR THE WINNERS
Each Digital Quality Mark winner will receive a competition mark with the competition’s year. It can be used in the context of a website, social media communication, and for communications with potential clients.
